I am an Associate Broker with Realty Executives... An Associate Broker is a licencing enhancement held by only 10% of Real Estate Salepeople. I have received the Realty Executives 100% Club Award. I also take Continuing Education courses every month for your benefit as well as my own. I am currently taking a series of courses for the Graduate of Realtor Institute Designation. I have already completed and I am an Accredited Buyers Representitive. I have also taken courses in 1031 Exchange, Appraisal, Inspection, Enviornmental, Negotiation Techniques,and many others including intensive Boot Camp and Starmakers training courses.
Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Fishkill, East Fishkill, Hopewell Junction, Lagrangeville, Beacon, Pleasant Valley, and Hyde Park. I specialize in Southern Dutchess County but I also represent clients in all of Dutchess County, Putnam, along with areas of Westchester, Orange and Ulster Counties. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I was born and raised in Brewster (Putnam County) and moved to Southern Dutchess County around 1995. I have been Self Employed all my life in various businesses in the local area and as such have always paid close attention to marketing. This experience has helped me in my Real Estate career and shows in my ability to "Think Outside the Box" along with my unique marketing systems. I have been a Realtor since 2003 an I am currently working for the #4 company in Dutchess County and I am a Top Producing Agent ranked in the top 10% of all Dutchess County Realtors. I consistently close many millions of dollars of Real Estate Sales per year. | |
